The first ever Hasbro PulseCon unfolded over the weekend, revealing tons of new Star Wars toys and collectibles that fans will want to get their hands on in the coming months. Along with the reveal of the Ahsoka Tano Force FX Elite lightsaber that we highlighted recently, Hasbro also unveiled several new waves of action figures, including a goofy new holiday-inspired collection of various Stormtroopers. Plus, there are more figures for the Black Series such as Dark Side Rey from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and The Armorer from The Mandalorian, as well as more re-releases for the Black Series Archives, and additions to the Vintage Collection, such as Captain Rex from The Clone Wars and more.

The second season of The Mandalorian begins on October 30. But before new episodes arrive, Disney and Lucasfilm will kick off Mandalorian mania with a new global consumer products, games and publishing program called Mando Mondays. This year has plenty of new Star Wars Black Series figures coming to shelves. Not only is the Star Wars Rebels line finishing up and being re-released to allow collectors to grab the entire roster of characters from the animated series, but there are outstanding nostalgic runs of figures for the 40th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back, and characters joining the Black Series who have never been given 6-inch action figures before. But Hasbro isn’t done announcing new figures yet.
This fall will bring few new additions to the 2020 Star Wars Black Series figures roster, and they all come from the final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Fans of different versions of Mandalorians will be very happy with at least two of the new figures, one of which includes Darth Maul’s Mandalorian Super Commando. Hasbro’s Star Wars Black Series line of figures have been a hit with collectors of all ages. But the packaging for the 6-inch action figures inspired by the movies and TV shows of Star Wars always left something to be desired. It appears Hasbro felt an update was in order, because they’ve created an entirely new design for the box art that is much more collectible friendly, and it even shows which Star Wars title each figure comes from with a new colorway classification system.
Besides the new Star Wars Black Series packaging, there are also a handful of new figures on the way. Star Wars Rebels is completing the show’ss main character roster with the arrival of Zeb, and the previously revealed Black Series additions of Admiral Ackbar, Teebo the Ewok, The Mandalorian in Beskar armor, and more will be released in the new packaging as well. It wouldn’t be Star Wars Celebration if we didn’t find out about a bunch of new toys coming to us from a galaxy far, far away. The Hasbro panel unveiled the next line of the popular Star Wars Black Series figures that will be available in the new Archive line, as well as some figures you’ll only be able to get at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
Plus, this year’s San Diego Comic-Con exclusives were revealed in the form of some unique, new Vintage Collection figures, not to mention a trio of Luke Skywalkers, and a colorful take on a bounty hunter favorite. All you X-wing pilot fans will get a new roleplay helmet too. But there’s also the exciting possibility of an innovative new lightsaber in the works.
