When director Colin Trevorrow and writer Derek Connolly revived the Jurassic Park franchise with Jurassic World, it was said to be the beginning of a trilogy. Jurassic World: Dominion was assumed to not only bring this new trilogy to a close, but maybe wrap up the franchise as a whole, especially with the likes of Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum returning for the sequel. As if you didn’t have enough to worry about, you can now get eaten by dinosaurs — fictional ones, onscreen, in the upcoming Jurassic World: Dominion. But only if you donate to charity in the world’s largest digital fundraiser dedicated to helping those in need during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Jurassic World franchise star Chris Pratt announced a new charity challenge, in which the winner will get the chance to be eaten onscreen in the third Jurassic World installment.

Jurassic World: Dominion is one of the many films currently on production hiatus thanks to the coronavirus pandemic shutting down film and television projects around the world. But that’s not stopping director Colin Trevorrow from providing a sneak peek behind the scenes, revealing an environment that the Jurassic Park franchise has never explored before.
A new photo from the set of Jurassic World: Dominion features the return of Maisie Lockwood (Isabella Sermon), the cloned daughter of John Hammond’s late partner Benjamin Lockwood, who set all the captured dinosaurs free at the end of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. The sneak peek shows her in a snowy environment, which means we might be seeing some of those prehistoric creatures out in the white stuff for the first time. Michael Giacchino is returning to compose Jurassic World: Dominion, completing the trilogy that started with his score for 2015’s Jurassic World. According to a new report, the Oscar-winning composer has signed on to score the third film for the revived franchise, after scoring both Jurassic World and its 2018 sequel Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
