Russell Murray is a New York-based writer, producer, and story consultant. He currently writes for TVLine and /Film, and previously wrote for Looper and Comic Book Resources. Before entering the field of entertainment analysis, Murray was a script reader for writers, agents, and studios across the U.S. Murray also creates films, graphic novels, and podcasts under the banner of his creative studio, Picture Book Media.

Education

After attending Wake Tech Community College, Murray received acceptance to Ithaca College, where he graduated with honors from the Department of Theatre Arts. During his time at school, he extensively studied performance and political science, as well as stage direction, film production, and dramatic writing.
