new batman v superman footage

The next few months are going to be vital for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. However, the latest trailer for Zack Snyder‘s Man of Steel sequel, the one we picked apart frame by frame, the one that is being shown to record-breaking audiences around the world before Star Wars: The Force Awakens, is genuinely lousy. That doesn’t mean the movie is bad, or even that the raw footage in the preview isn’t good, but it’s a disastrous piece of marketing that seems to go out of its way to make the movie look as unappealing as possible.

The newest international TV spot for the film isn’t that bad. It’s certainly better edited and it’s a little more focused on the main even of the movie, Batman and Superman dishing out pain and punches and grimaces, than the meandering main trailer. Most importantly, it contains just enough new shots and moments to be worthy of your time and feverish analysis.
