Congratulations on surviving Christmas. I hope it was merry and bright, and filled with fluffy movies that were filled with many happy endings…y’know, to make up for the colossal cliffhanger that we’re all suffering through together. With a crossover as big as Crisis on Infinite Earths, there’s thankfully a ton of content to cover while we wait on the return of our intrepid heroes. This week, we’re going to dive into Pariah, and we’re also going to take a look at why Nash Wells seemed to feel connected to Allegra Garcia. We haven’t seen a ton of these characters in the crossover yet, but we know Pariah will play a pivotal role. If my guess about Allegra is correct, she will too. Read More »

Hi, and welcome to the very first edition of The Clock Tower. (Yes, that’s in reference to exactly what you think it is.) Over the years, the Arrowverse has grown into a massive undertaking. We’ve seen The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and now Batwoman all stem from the world that Arrow started. Now, as we inch closer and closer to the huge crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths, it’s time to start bidding farewell to the show that started it all. Read More »
With each passing day, the upcoming Arrowverse crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths gets bigger and bigger. Just recently, Smallville stars Tom Welling and Erica Durance were added to the growing cast of the television event that is being spread across Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and the new Batwoman series. The two are reprising their roles as Clark Kent and Lois Lane from the popular Superman prequel series, but there’s another Superman variation popping up that is equally as cool.
Not too long ago, we learned that Superman Returns star Brandon Routh would be reprising his big screen role as the Man of Steel for Crisis on Infinite Earths, but the version he’s playing is inspired by the DC Comics Kingdom Come storyline. Now we have the first official photo of the Brandon Routh Kingdom Come Superman straight from The CW. Check it out below. Read More »
Smallville was a few years ahead of its time. Since the show wrapped up its run back in 2011, the “Arrowverse” has exploded in popularity, incorporating Supergirl, The Flash, Green Arrow, and several other comic book heroes into the mix, leaving Tom Welling‘s version of Clark Kent as just a faded memory.
But now fans will get to see Welling reprise his role as Superman in Crisis on Infinite Earths, the huge five-part crossover event series which marks the most ambitious thing The CW’s superhero shows have ever done. This will be the third Superman in the crossover, alongside Tyler Hoechlin from Supergirl and Superman Returns star Brandon Routh playing the Kingdom Come version of the character. Get the details below. Read More »
With Supergirl, Arrow, The Flash and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow all situated at The CW, it’s now customary to have all of the superheroes check into each others’ shows for a major crossover event. Last season was the first time Supergirl was brought into the mix, and this season, we’ll see new iterations of the DC Comics superheroes getting in on the action, this time as super-powered villains.
The CW and Warner Bros. Television have announced this season’s four-part crossover will be titled Crisis on Earth-X, and they’ve even commissioned legendary comic artist Phil Jimenez (Infinite Crisis) to create a comic book cover teasing the epic TV event coming this November. Find out details on the Crisis on Earth-X crossover below. Read More »
