In case you haven’t heard, Bill Nye the Science Guy is back with his own new show on Netflix. Bill Nye Saves the World has the scientist hosting a show where he brings in experts and famous guests into his lab to discuss scientific issues that impact our lives. The first season focuses on topics like climate change, alternative medicine, and video games from a scientific point of view as well as refuting myths and anti-scientific claims.

Netflix has announced that it will launch a new talk show, Bill Nye Saves the World, starring the famed scientist, engineer, comedian, author, and inventor Bill Nye. The show plans to explore science and its impact on politics, society and pop culture. Each episode of the series, which will launch in spring 2017, will tackle a topic from a scientific point of view, “dispelling myths and refuting anti-scientific claims that may be espoused by politicians, religious leaders or titans of industry.” More details on this new series after the jump.
