Now we know who will be appearing in that film, and we also have confirmation on what the movie’s about. As we guessed the other day, We Have a Ghost is the film adaptation of the short story “Ernest”, which Landon has been attached to direct since 2017. The flick will star Anthony Mackie, David Harbour, Tig Notaro, Jennifer Coolidge, and more.

we have a ghost

Christopher Landon, the filmmaker behind the Happy Death Day series, Freaky, and more, just started working on a mysterious new Netflix project. Based on a post on social media, we know the film is called We Have a Ghost (unless that’s just a working title). Beyond that, though, we have next to no info. Landon himself clarified that despite that title, and his background, this isn’t a horror movie. So what is it? I think I might know. Unless I’m 100% wrong, which is something that happens from time to time.

(Welcome to …And More, our no-frills, zero B.S. guide to when and where you can watch upcoming movies and shows, and everything else you could possibly stand to know.)

Lisa Joy, co-creator of HBO’s Westworld series, will make her feature directorial debut this summer with Reminiscence, a sci-fi film that reunites The Greatest Showman co-stars Hugh Jackman and Rebecca Ferguson. But here in the year 2021, it’s unique, so let’s just hope it turns out to be a good movie, too. In the meantime, here’s what you need to know about Reminiscence.

house of the dragon production shutdown

Remember COVID? It’s back! Okay, to be fair, COVID never actually went away. It’s just that human beings, in their infinite ignorance, assumed “Slowly getting the pandemic under control” was somehow the same exact thing as “the pandemic is gone.” But it’s not, and while everyone is desperate for some return to normalcy, that’s not going to be so easy. Case in point: three different productions – the Game of Thrones spin-off House of the Dragon, and the Netflix titles Bridgerton and Matildahave had to shut down due to recent outbreaks.

fear street vinyl

The fine folks at Waxwork have put together a killer Fear Street vinyl soundtrack set encompassing all three films. This is the score we’re talking about here, not the constant needle drops throughout the trilogy. And soundtrack lovers are probably going to want to scoop this one up, because not only does it come with 58 tracks of creepy tunes it also features some rad artwork. Inspired by the covers of the Fear Street books that spawned all of this, the album art is immensely better than the lackluster posters released for the films.
