Sabrina the Teenage Witch gets a dark update in Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Kiernan Shipka stars as Sabrina Spellman, a half-human, half-witch who has to make a very important decision on her 16th birthday. The series was conjured up by Riverdale showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, and was at one point considered to be a Riverdale spin-off for the CW. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina promises to be far-removed from the Melissa Joan Hart sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch. The Netflix series is an adaptation of the Archie Horror comic book reboot of the popular character, and is said to be considerably dark and more in line with material like Rosemary’s Baby. Two new Chilling Adventures of Sabrina images have just flown in, giving us a new glimpse of star Kiernan Shipka in character, as well as an ominous woodland gathering.

If there was anything truly wrong about Wonder Woman, it’s that there wasn’t nearly enough Etta Candy. Lucy Davis‘ scene-stealing performance as the buoyant and bullish secretary was delightful every time she was on screen, and provided much of the levity for the film.
And she’s back in action, this time recruiting Steve Trevor’s band of misfits for a post-war mission in a Wonder Woman bonus scene available exclusively on the superhero movie’s upcoming Blu-ray and DVD release.

This past weekend, Warner Bros. Pictures unleashed a barrage of footage upon Comic-Con with their presentation in Hall H. Thankfully for fans at home, every single piece of footage they showed at the convention ended up online, from the Justice League sizzle reel to The LEGO Batman Movie trailer. Just last week, a photo from the set of Wonder Woman made its way online thanks to previously unannounced cast member, French actor Saïd Taghmaoui, posting a photo alongside his co-star Chris Pine as Steve Trevor.
