Warner Bros. has already assembled most of its Justice League. We’ve got Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as the Flash, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, and Ray Fisher as Cyborg. But the seventh member of the team has remained a big fat question mark. At this point, despite the fact that Green Lantern Corps already has a 2020 release date locked in, we don’t even know which Green Lantern(s) will eventually suit up, much less who’ll play him (or them).

The Warner Bros. DC Movie slate is set. From Batman v Superman in 2016 through Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman, The Flash, a two part Justice League movie, Aquaman, Shazam, Cyborg and Green Lantern in 2020, that’s a whole lot of spandex on the big screen for the rest of this decade.
However, the press release also says this. “Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema will release a slate of at least 10 movies—as well as stand-alone Batman and Superman films—from 2016 through 2020 that expands this prized universe of characters.”
So in that time frame, if things go according to plan, not only are we getting the ten movies mentioned above, but new Batman and Superman solo movies too. Read More »
We pretty much knew that Zack Snyder would end up directing Justice League, but now that Warner Bros. has revealed official plans for its giant DC Comics movie slate, there’s an interesting detail. Snyder is confirmed to direct not just one Justice League film, but two films.
More interesting are the titles. This isn’t one film and a sequel, but a two-part story. Zack Snyder will direct Justice League Part One for release in 2017, and Justice League Part Two for 2019. Read More »
