While we may not be getting another proper "Harry Potter" movie, at least not any time soon, we are getting more adventures in the Wizarding World. Specifically, "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore" is coming our way next year and will continue the franchise created by author J.K. Rowling. Though much has changed in the last couple of years, as Rowling has come under fire for her comments regarding transgender people. Be that as it may, the show is going on, and we're getting back in the saddle with Newt Scamander and Dumbledore as they look to stop Grindelwald and his followers. With the movie on the horizon, we're here to provide you with all of the necessary information to be ready when it hits theaters.

"Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore" is the third entry in the "Fantastic Beasts" franchise. These movies serve as spin-offs/prequels of the main "Harry Potter" series. They center on Newt Scamander, played by Eddie Redmayne, taking place decades before Harry Potter was even born. This entry, as the title suggests, will dive a bit deeper into our young Dumbledore, exposing some of his close-guarded secrets as the war with Grindelwald continues to brew.

Eddie Redmayne leads the way once again as Newt Scamander in "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore." Other returning familiar faces include Katherine Waterston (Tina Goldstein), Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski), Alison Sudol (Queenie Goldstein), Ezra Miller (Credence Barebone), and Jude Law (Albus Dumbledore). Callum Turner, William Nadylam, Poppy Corby-Tuech, Jessica Williams, and Victoria Yeates help round out the main ensemble.

The biggest change this time around regards the role of Grindelwald. Colin Farrell low-key played the part in "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," leading up to a reveal of Johnny Deep at the end of the movie. Depp played the part in the sequel, "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald." However, following his public legal troubles, Depp was ousted. The role of the evil wizard will now be played by Mads Mikkelsen ("Casino Royale"), presumably for the duration of the franchise.
