Watch 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day' Recreated Entirely In 'Grand Theft Auto V'

Since it's Memorial Day, a lot of people are enjoying an extended weekend. Whether you're one of those people chilling out at home or stuck at work trying to kill some time as everyone else outside the office has fun, we have a good way to kill some time.

Someone with a massive amount of time on their hands decided to recreate Terminator 2: Judgment Day in its entirety by using a modded version of the video game Grand Theft Auto V. It's surprisingly well done, and for those who don't have the time to sit through all of the real film's running time, this version is only an hour long and still hits all the finer points of the film.

If seeing the Terminator 2: Judgment Day remake in Grand Theft Auto V sounds familiar, that's because someone previously recreated the famous motorcycle and semi-truck chase scene in the video game. This new video has that scene too, but it goes much further in depth with the movie that surrounds it, even having the same opening credits. Like I said, it's quite an impressive piece of work, and I hate to think how much time it took to finish.

This is the perfect way to pass the time while waiting for the rights to The Terminator franchise to revert back to James Cameron in 2018 so he can produce a new movie in the film series directed by Deadpool helmer Tim Miller with Arnold Schwarzenegger returning as the iconic T-800 robot who went from villain to hero.
