VOTD: How 'Deadpool' Should Have Ended

Enough time has passed sinceĀ Deadpool debuted on Valentine's Day last month that the folks at How It Should Have Ended have decided to tackle the foul-mouthed mercenary with their animated take on the film's conclusion. But before they really get into how Deadpool should have ended, they do have a nice little intervention from the Marvel Studios character who has a problem with salty language. Watch below.

Here's how Deadpool should have ended from the HISHE YouTube channel:

Most of this one actually takes place at the diner with the post-ending discussion. It's there that a lot of the more amusing observations are pointed out. For example, Negasonic Teenage Warhead makes the solid point that Beast probably could have helped Wade Wilson get rid of his gross exterior skin problem, much like he's able to his his own blue, hairy mutation. That might have saved him some hassle of tracking down Francis (aka Ajax). But then he also wouldn't have had the supreme joy of killing him. Plus, as Deadpool says, the studio probably couldn't have afforded Beast anyway.

My personal favorite part of this particular edition of How It Should Have Ended is having Deadpool call out Superman for causing so much destruction in Man of Steel, presumably resulting in the deaths of thousands, probably even millions, making him much more irresponsible than the Merc with the Mouth. But we'll see how the aftermath of that plays out in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice later this month.
