Disney's First 'Zootopia' Poster Reveals A Pun Lover's Paradise

Disney's Zootopia is set in a sort of animal paradise, where creatures of all kinds co-exist in habitat neighborhoods like Sahara Square and Tundratown. But the first Zootopia poster suggests it'll also be heaven on Earth for human moviegoers who happen to adore animal-themed wordplay. See the Zootopia poster after the jump.

Co-director Byron Howard unveiled the first Zootopia poster on Twitter.

Well, it looks like we're in for the punniest movie since Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2. There are four in this poster alone. Also worth pointing out is that recently announced co-star Shakira makes an appearance — or at least her gazelle character does. She's the one modeling "Preyda" in that middle poster there.

Zootopia comes to theaters March 4, 2016.

The modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia is a city like no other. Comprised of habitat neighborhoods like ritzy Sahara Square and frigid Tundratown, it's a melting pot where animals from every environment live together—a place where no matter what you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything. But when optimistic Officer Judy Hopps (voice of Ginnifer Goodwin) arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny on a police force of big, tough animals isn't so easy. Determined to prove herself, she jumps at the opportunity to crack a case, even if it means partnering with a fast-talking, scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde (voice of Jason Bateman), to solve the mystery.
