Hear Three New Alan Menken Songs In Video Clips From The Tangled Musical
In April, we told you that Disney would be producing a stage production of Tangled for their Disney Cruise ships. Tangled: The Musical premiered onboard the Disney Magic this month, and now we have video footage of the hour-long musical's three new songs composed by Beauty and the Beast/Aladdin composer Alan Menken. Hit the jump to hear the three new songs in the footage from the new musical numbers, as well as get a behind the scenes tour of how they brought the animated world to life on the stage.
The opening number with Flynn Rider features the first new song "Flower of Gold". The sequence takes place in the Treasure Room of the Royal Palace and accomplishes the task of summarizing the opening of the original film:
The second new Alan Mencken-Composed song comes in the third scene, a humorous number called "Wanted Man" that helps flesh out Flynn's character.
And the final new song, "When She Returns," opens the 8th scene of the stage production featuring Rapunzel, Flynn and the townsfolk.

Tangled: The Musical will make its grand debut on the November 11th 2015 four-night Disney Magic Bahamian sailing.
