'Prometheus' Featurette Looks At Humanity's Origin, With New Footage

For those who aren't yet afraid to watch new promo materials for Ridley Scott's Prometheus, here's the latest featurette, which discusses the origins of the story in Prometheus, which also happens to be tied to the origin of humanity in general. During the discussion of the subject there are interviews with Ridley Scott, writer Damon Lindelof, and actress Noomi Rapace, as well as bits of new footage. The subject of origins is hardly new — it was on some of the first promos for the film — and as such it doesn't look like too much is revealed here.

Prometheus is rated R and opens June 8. It also features Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Logan Marshall-Green and Charlize Theron.
