The official movie trailer for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is now online... Watch it after the jumpp.

There are a numerous rumors that a new Prince of Persia game will launch next year. Computer and Video Games have Ubisoft denying this however. Foolish, maybe, as the rumours seemed to start with the film's producers, and I'd expect they'd know.

Here's the film's official synopsis, to help put the trailer into context:
