Rob Zombie's Halloween Movie Poster Revealed

Rob Zombie has revealed the OFFICIAL movie poster for his Halloween remake/start/prequel/whatever. I like the new poster because it works on a few different levels. It has so much going on but you don't immediately see that because of the simple color scheme. As you know, the movie follows Michael Myers, a messed up 10-year-old child who is committed to a mental institution for 17 years. Myers is mistakenly released and returns to home to... well, you have the idea. Click on the poster to the right to see a slightly enlarged version.

Rob Zombie's Halloween hits theaters on August 31st 2008 (which just go me thinking... why not release this film in October or even on Halloween?).
