The scores for The Lord of the Rings trilogy from director Peter Jackson have been available for awhile now, but they've yet to be released on vinyl since the format has risen in popularity again. But that's about to change with an incredible new vinyl release.
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring score by composer Howard Shore is getting a huge 5xLP vinyl soundtrack release from Rhino Records in March. It looks like quite the comprehensive collectible set for any fan who has been waiting for The Fellowship of the Ring vinyl soundtrack release. Check it out below.

The listing of this vinyl soundtrack release on Amazon (for around $120) calls it the "Complete Recordings" and the track list would seem to confirm that. It appears that all the music from the movie is included on these five vinyl discs, as well as music that wasn't included in the film or on the basic soundtrack release from years ago.
