'Apollo 18' Gets Fifth Different Release Date

No, that's not a typo. For the fifth time, The Weinstein Company has moved the release of their space-based found footage film Apollo 18. When the calendar was last updated, the Timur Bekmambetov-produced film was scheduled for release August 26. However, with another horror film currently on that date (Don't Be Afraid of the Dark with Katie Holmes and Guy Pierce) they've now pushed Apollo 18 back to September 2 where it'll compete with Shark Night 3D. I wouldn't be surprised if it moved again. Thanks to Box Office Mojo for the info and check out our previous article to recap the other release dates.
