This extra-cuddly edition of Sequel Bits has Keira Knightley cozying up to Chris Pine and Kenneth BranaghJennifer Lawrence getting romantic with Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth, and the Anchorman 2 team showing their love for New York City. After the jump:

  • Michael Bay drops some details about a major Transformers 4 scene
  • Watch video footage of Michael Doughterty announcing Trick 'r Treat 2
  • Paramount announces an Anchorman 2 "superticket," see new character posters
  • Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit reveals a new poster and lots of new stills
  • Everyone gets weepy in this TV spot for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
  • According to director Michael Bay this will be the location of a heroic turning point scene, which takes place after the fall of Hong Kong. A group of Transformers will meet up with another group Transformers where they battle their way out of a crater (Wulong Karst is known for it's sink holes) that was apparently created by a crashed starship. After the Wulong Karst battle they return to Hong Kong.

The official pics from that set are woefully lacking in shiny explosions, alien robots, or even human leads, but if Bay gazing thoughtfully into the sky is your thing, then knock yourself out below.

Horror geeks everywhere were thrilled to learn last week that a sequel to Trick 'r Treat was in the works. Since writer/director Michael Dougherty made the surprise reveal at a special screening in Los Angeles late last month, though, only a select few actually got to see the announcement in person.

But fear not: Those who missed out can still revel in the big moment thanks to the official video recap from Legendary. Watch the event below.

No details on what the movie will be about or when it'll come out have been revealed quite yet, but for now let's just revel in the fact that there's going to be a sequel at all. [via Geeks of Doom]

Ron Burgundy's declaration that he's "kind of a big deal" gets quite literal in these new character posters from the Adam McKay-directed Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. Ron (Will Ferrell), Brian Fantana (Paul Rudd), Champ Kind (David Koechner), and Brick Tamland (Steve Carell) are blown up to Godzilla-like proportions, all the better to take the city by storm.

And speaking of big Anchorman news: Paramount has announced that they will sell "supertickets" to the comedy sequel, which will allow fans to see the film two days ahead of its normal release date.

Details on the superticket package, including the price, are not clear. However, we can probably expect something similar to the World War Z "megaticket" program that the studio debuted this summer. Those cost $50 apiece and gave fans a chance to see the movie two days early, plus a voucher to download an HD digital copy of the movie when it became available. A small popcorn, custom RealD 3D glasses, and a movie poster were also included.

[Total Film, THR]Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit recently had the misfortune of getting pushed back because Martin Scorsese couldn't get his final cut of Wolf of Wall Street in on time. But the marketing train is still plugging along, and have now provided a new poster and several new images. Take a look:

Chris Pine looks downright Bond-ian, beating people up while wearing fancy suits. His co-star Keira Knightley looks mysterious and possibly a tiny bit smug, probably because she gets some truly awesome arm candy in the form of Pine and director/star Kenneth Branagh. You wouldn't think that a fast-food chain would want to be associated with tears, poverty, totalitarianism, and fights to the death, but the massive popularity of the Hunger Games franchise probably goes a long way toward helping Subway get over it. The sandwich chain has just unveiled the newest TV spot for Catching Fire, featuring the soundtrack tune "We Remain" by Christina Aguilera. Watch it here:

The video highlights the tragic aspects of the tale, as everyone casts each other mournful glances. Meanwhile, the Katniss-Peeta-Gale love triangle only seems to be getting more intense, as Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) cuddles up with Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) in one scene and kisses Gale (Liam Hemsworth) in another. Scandalous!
