Your eyes don't deceive you. That's Michael Fassbender (Magneto) in drag in X-Men First Class. It all makes sense if you watch the deleted scene, which will be on the new Blu-ray. No embed, unfortunately, so click on the image to head to Entertainment Weekly.

Warner Bros. is taking to the streets to promote Green Lantern in Brazil. They've placed blinking ads on the wheels of bicycles. I've never seen anything like this. Thanks to Copyranter.

The controversial issue of Superman's U.S. citizenship, or lack there of, apparently comes back up in the final issues of Action Comics before the reboot, according to Bleeding Cool.

The Flying Scotsman has posted this very cute photo of someone who made their dog into The Hulk.Stan Lee's company is suing the makers of the new Conan The Barbarian film, according to Entertainment Weekly, demanding all of the film's profits because he thinks he still owns the character.AVENGERS DANCE PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MTV spoke to Tom Hardy (and Joel Edgerton, presumably) while promoting Warrior and asked him what he thought about all The Dark Knight Rises spoiler photos that have been released.

These superhero art prints by Loopzart are super cute. You can buy them on Etsy. Thanks to Top Hat Sasquatch.

More Avengers interviews from the D23 Expo. Here, MTV gets Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth to talk about what the first formation of The Avengers was like.

This is fantastic. Artist Agan Harahap has taken a bunch famous historical photos and photoshopped superheroes into them. Obviously, there's Batman with Castro but over at Mentalfloss (via Geeks are Sexy) you can see Superman, Spider-Man and more.

Seriously, how far can you stretch the merchandising thing? Marvel Gummy Candy Finger Puppets? Awful. More images at Comic Book Literacy (via That's Nerdalicious).

Cobie Smulders spoke to MTV about what it was like the first time she stepped on the Hellcarrier set of The Avengers:

I showed up to the set, like a week before we started shooting, just to meet with Joss and do rehearsals and stuff and I walked on the set and it was freakin' huge. It was the size of a soundstage, then you walked up these steps and you were just surrounded by this amazing gorgeous set, which my character is in charge of running. I was like, 'Holy smokes, this is crazy and this is big.

Alexander Stojanov hand drew this poster for The Dark Knight Rises, inspired by the work of Drew Struzan. I put it on the spoiler page because he chose to put the new Batwing on it.

An extra on The Avengers posted some info on some scenes he witnessed including the first time Loki arrives on earth and a one on one confrontation with Captain America. Head to his blog (via CBM) to read more, but here's a taste:

We spent most the rest of the night kneeling before Zod... er... Loki. More than kneeling on bricks to make everyone's joints sore. Despite the kneepads they passed out. But it ended with Evans as Cap giving a nice speech ("The last time I was in Germany...") and taking on Loki single-handedly. All of us got to run out in chaos just as the rain forced things to a slightly early halt.

BadBitchFilms (via Comic Book Movie) has shot and edited a great look at a scene from The Avengers as Loki apparently terrorizes a German movie premiere. Can anyone translate that marquee?

The Man of Steel Facebook (via CBM) has posted the above photo of what they think is Faora, the female villain in Man of Steel. She seems to be dressed more traditionally instead of a mo-cap suit, though there's a guy in one of those to her right. Very curious.

Wait, that might be Michael Shannon (or a stunt double) as Zod because in this Man of Steel photo, via Coming Soon, you can see Faora, what we can only assume is a motion capture Zod and Henry Cavill as Superman....whose suit doesn't have the underwear element. I actually think it looks cooler without it.
