Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho Premiered 50 Years Ago Today

Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho premiered 50 years ago today (June 16th 1960) in New York City. The film was nominated for four Academy Awards (including Best Director, Best Supporting Actress, Best Cinematography, and Best Art Direction/Set Direction) and the film ranked #14 on AFI's 100 Years... 100 Movies, and ranked #11 in Entertainment Weekly's book The 100 Greatest Movies of All Time.
