The /Filmcast: After Dark is a recording of what happens right after The /Filmcast is over, when the kids have gone to bed and the guys feel free to speak whatever is on their minds. In other words, it’s the leftover and disorganized ramblings, mindfarts, and brain diarrhea from The /Filmcast, all in one convenient [...]
In this jam packed edition of the /Filmcast, Dave, Adam, and Devindra ponder what could have been after reading Darabont’s alleged Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull script, debate whether this Hulk is an improvement on the last one, question whether Shyamalan has still got it, and mourn the loss of a [...]
Were you one of the people who went to see M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening instead of The Incredible Hulk? I’d be interested to hear what you thought. Ebert may have given the movie three stars, but most American movie critics are throwing Rotten Tomatoes at the screen (only 20% fresh on the [...]

For a couple weeks now it was rumored that 20th Century Fox had made the decision to not screen M Night Shyamalan’s The Happening to press after a bad review leaked onto the internet last month. And as you probably know, when studios decide not to screen a movie for the press, it’s usually for [...]
M. Night Shyamalan kept referring to himself as an outsider during a recent interview with the New York Times. Seems like the New Yorkers have a different name for him. The New York City street critics have begun to deface posters for The Happening. The above subway advertisement was found at the 6th. Ave. 14th [...]

Our friends at Collider have the first reader review of M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening and it’s not good at all:
“The Happening is a terrible, terrible movie. I mean, it’s bad on an epic scale. It’s so bad that I can’t possibly tell you how bad it is without understating the point or making it [...]
Last night I posted a new television spot for M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening, explaining that it was actually an abbreviated version of the new movie trailer which is attached to prints of Iron Man and Made of Honor. Well, now that new movie trailer is online for your enjoyment.
I’m actually quite digging the build [...]
