Watch The 'Veronica Mars' Opening Scene

It'll be a couple more weeks until you can see the Veronica Mars movie — a film even the creators of the original TV show thought might never happen. To make the wait just a bit easier, you can watch the Veronica Mars opening sequence right now. The scene recaps the TV series to some extent, and so also serves as a good primer for those who never watched the show.

You've probably heard a lot about this project in the past year; it was during SXSW last year that the film's Kickstarter campaign launched and quickly drew in far more money than series creator Rob Thomas had asked for. Now the film is shot and set to debut at this year's SXSW, which starts next week, and will be in theaters just after that fest premiere.
