Comic Con: Photos Of The Scott Pilgrim Experience
I don't think I've ever seen a movie promoted at Comic Con in the way that Universal is promoting Scott Pilgrim vs the World. It's appropriate, since Bryan Lee O'Malley's graphic novel series began as a relatively small affair, and Comic Con is exactly the right place for a blowout promotional camp, which is exactly what the Scott Pilgrim Experience is.
The Experience is a spot to grab a custom-made screenprinted Scott Pilgrim shirt, play the tie-in game from UbiSoft and take a spin through a couple other interactive activities. I snagged a red 'Sex Bob-Omb' shirt and had to resist the urge to have more than one printed. When I was there Dan the Automator was shortly to take the stage, but in the meantime Alison Pill and Mark Webber were signing posters for fans. I'll try to stop by again and grab video of the Automator spinning, but in the meantime here is a batch of photos and a quick video pan around the whole joint.
