American History X director/cinematographer Tony Kaye is in negotiations to direct an adaptation of Carsten Stroud's novel, Black Water Transit. The film reunited Pulp Fiction stars Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson, and is scheduled to shoot early April in New Orleans.

After a 16-year legal battle, Disney has lost the rights to Winnie the Pooh in a court ruling yesterday. I don't know exactly what this means in terms of money, but it sounds like things don't look for Disney.
