'Gotham': See Robin Lord Taylor As The Penguin

Here's Robin Lord Taylor as the Penguin in Fox's Batman prequel show Gotham. The show will be oriented around future Commissioner of Police James Gorton, and Fox has already revealed a few of the key characters in Gotham.

While we haven't seen Ben McKenzie as Gordon, we have seen Donal Logue as Detective Harvey Bullock, Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle, and Sean Pertwee as Alfred Pennyworth. Now we've got the first official look at Oswald Cobblepot, aka the Penguin.

Here's the official line on Cobblepot, via SHH:

Oswald Cobblepot has the brains of a chess grandmaster and the morals of a jackal. A low-level psychopath for gangster Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith), he hides his sadistic lust for power behind an exquisitely polite demeanor.

Gotham comes from exec producer/writer Bruno Heller (The Mentalist). It "follows one cop's rise through a dangerously corrupt city teetering on the edge of evil and chronicles the birth of one of the most popular super heroes of our time." Danny Cannon (CSI, Nikita) directed the pilot that was scripted by Heller.
