Transformers: Age of Extinction opens Thursday night and is sure to be the biggest movie at the box office for the next couple weeks. That suggests people are rabid for content based on the movie and, as per the laws of the Internet, everyone is happy to oblige. Case in point: three cool, but very different videos on the franchise are now online.
One will recap what happened over the seven-hour running time of the first three Transformers movies. The second features Red Letter Media watching those first three movies simultaneously with hilarious results, and the third shows how director Michael Bay used 3D in the new film. Watch the Transformers videos below.
First up, here’s the video from Vulture that will bring you up to speed on everything that’s happened in the first three Transformers movie in just 3 minutes, a tiny percentage of the actual running time.
Next up, Red Letter Media reviews Transformers, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Transformers: Dark of the Moon at the same time. Thanks to Playlist for the heads up.
And finally, here’s a bit more serious video about the use of Real D 3D in Transformers: Age of Extinction.
Transformers: Age of Extinction is in theaters June 27. We’ll have much more on the film soon.
