This new Insurgent trailer — possibly the last before the film opens at the end of March — has a lot of new footage, and condenses the sales pitch for the film down to one minute. (My favorite edits!) We see some of the strife that consumes Tris (Shailene Woodley) and a bunch of big effects shots that dress up the proceedings. We also get shots of a lot of the rest of the cast, including Tris’ beau Theo James, and Miles Teller, Kate Winslet, and Octavia Spencer. Read More »

The upcoming DreamWorks Animation film B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations sounds like an explicitly for-kids combo of Men in Black and Ghostbusters, as it follows two agents in “a ghostly, top-secret government agency devoted to protecting humans from evil hauntings.” Bill Murray is even voicing the villain, Addison Drake, who plots against the bureau. We don’t have a trailer or any footage yet (the film hits next summer) but an early bit of licensing gives the first early look at B.O.O. Read More »

Hot on the heels of this morning’s first-look image, Universal has released the first Get On Up trailer. The Tate Taylor-directed biopic stars Chadwick Boseman — last seen playing another American icon, Jackie Robinson, in 42 — as James Brown, tracing his journey from poor street kid to the Godfather of Soul.
Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer, Nelsan Ellis, Lennie James, Tika Sumpter, Jill Scott, and Dan Aykroyd also star. Watch the video, and check out a big bunch of high-res images, after the jump.

After several months, the battle between Bong Joon-ho and The Weinstein Company over the U.S. release of Snowpiercer remains unresolved. At this point, it’s anyone’s guess when Stateside audiences will finally get to see the film, or what shape it’ll be in when it gets there. But folks in other countries have been luckier, and today we have a new trailer from Japan that shows a bit of new footage. Check it out after the jump.

Bill Murray hasn’t expressed much of an interest in fighting ghosts lately, but he’s evidently not opposed to becoming one. The former Ghostbusters star has joined the starry voice cast of B.O.O.: Bureau of Otherworldly Operations, along with Octavia Spencer and Jennifer Coolidge.
Seth Rogen, Melissa McCarthy, Rashida Jones, and Matt Bomer were already part of the lineup. Hit the jump to find out just what kinds of ghosts Murray and the others will be playing.
