Sundowning is M. Night Shyamalan‘s return to the genre that made him a household name: the psychological thriller. The director has been filming in his home state of Pennsylvania for a few weeks and documenting the experience on Twitter. Now, a few more details about the film have been revealed. Kathryn Hahn (Step Brothers, Bad Words) and Ed Oxenbould (Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day) play a mother and son in the film. We’re having a pretty good day, thanks in part to Disney’s decision to drop the first official Guardians of the Galaxy still after months of anticipation. But if you aren’t, maybe the studio’s other big reveal will be more your speed.
Disney has just debuted a new image from Miguel Arteta‘s Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, based on the classic children’s book by Judith Viorst. Though Alexander (Ed Oxenbould) is the only title character, the awfulness of his day does not seem to be limited to him. The rest of the family, which includes Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner, doesn’t look too happy either. Check out the photo after the jump.
