Mickey Rourke spoke to Coming Soon about his reluctance to do Sin City 2 as well as his displeasure with his character in Iron Man 2. Here's a sample, head there for the Iron Man 2 quote:

It depends. It depends on how bad they want me. You feel me? I did [like the character] but I'm claustrophobic, so the the hours of makeup — You have to keep it on for about 13 or 14 hours a day. It's latex and glue and that stuff that gets my eyes all red...

Cosmic Book News (via CBM) claims to have an "official" plot synopsis for The Dark Knight Rises. I'm about 99% sure that's a lie, but, we'll let you decide for yourself.

A rumor circulated this weekend that Olivia Wilde might be playing Lara Croft in the new Tomb Raider reboot, but, she quickly jumped on Twitter to debunk that.

Fox All Access spoke to Henry Cavill in the middle of filming Man of Steel and Comic Book Movie transcribed the audio. I can't wait for people to read into that last sentence:

I have made a concerted effort to focus purely on the source material, which is the comic. I personally believe to focus too much on other people's interpretation of the source material is going to detract from my performance and my interpretation. It's a wonderful opportunity and there is so much material there. And there is such a wealth of...way he is represented across all the comics. That it's a deep well to choose from.

Daily, I'm learning more. Because as I'm experiencing it, as I'm performing...I'm...As you say, if you were to look at George Reeves, and Christopher Reeves and all that. I'm doing bits myself and therefore learning more about the character. Because hopefully if I do my job right, I'll be remembered and maybe fifteen years in the future someone will be saying Henry Cavill when the next chap is playing Superman.

Brandon Routh spoke to Comic Book Movie about some of the flaws he sees in Superman Returns. You think? The Movie Blog (via CBM) spoke to Todd McFarlane about a potential Spawn movie sequel and he admitted he was the hold up as he hasn't written the script yet. He then described the movie as follows:

You ever see the movie "The Departed"? It's like the movie "The Departed" except there's a boogey man in it. It won't be a "superhero movie". It'll be sort of a suspense/thriller/drama. The only thing in the movie that will be out of the ordinary will be the "boogey man" that You and I know as "Spawn". So, it's not going to be "Spawn vs. a demon vs. Clown", they're not going to do any of that. Think about it as "The Grudge". There's only one thing in that movie the "boogey man" in that house, everything else in that is real in that movie so it's like that. It's more of a story movie.

And now, a Halloween themed episode of Marvel Superheroes: What The.. ?!? featuring MODOK as Elvira. Thanks to Comics Alliance.

Michael Shannon spoke to Entertainment Weekly and confirmed that he has two costumes in Man of Steel:

There's two different modes. There's something that I have to wear a motion-capture suit for, because if I actually wore it, I wouldn't be able to move. It's a very big...thing. I actually don't know what it's going to look like, I just know that it's very cumbersome. There's another thing that I wear that's an actual costume. It's pretty simple. There's no paisley or anything.
