Photos: See The Unused Batman Store From 'Batman Returns'

This is so crazy it has to be seen to to be believed. Apparently, in an early version of Tim Burton's Batman Returns, one scene took place at a Batman-themed store. Yes, after the first Batman movie, someone in Gotham City opened a Batman store where anyone could buy a Batmobile, Batman t-shirt, or costume — a merchandising palace.

In the script, the store was promptly destroyed, but eventually the scene got cut at some point anyway. The set was built, though, and one website has some incredible photos of it. Check out the Batman Returns Batman store below.
