American History X director/cinematographer Tony Kaye is in negotiations to direct an adaptation of Carsten Stroud’s novel, Black Water Transit. The film reunited Pulp Fiction stars Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson, and is scheduled to shoot early April in New Orleans.
