Here's a little more about the print from the artist:

When I began thumb nailing this poster, I knew I wanted to do something different. There are a lot of great NOTLD posters out there already and I had to create something unique. I always loved the old original French posters for the film and the white undead hands reaching up and out, always stuck with me. I wanted to create a bit of a homage to that... The sense of dread and isolation in the film was one the elements I wanted to really stand out and I think I accomplished that. I added things like the cracks coming out of the graveyard to symbolize the horror which started in the graveyard is building and creeping out into the rest of the world. There is some other elements within the poster which have some bigger meanings and nods but I will let the viewer figure those out and draw their own conclusions.
