Featuring the talents of Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, George Clooney, Harvey Keitel, Juliette Lewis, Cheech Marin, Danny Trejo and many more, you wouldn’t be breaking any ground in saying that From Dusk Till Dawn is beloved. Much like The Evil Dead films before it, From Dusk Till Dawn blends humor, horror and leading man machismo in an almost perfect balance, delivering a frantic, fun ride through a vampire infested strip club ending on a memorable teaser image.
Artist Rhys Cooper has now created another memorable image based on From Dusk Till Dawn and this one you can own. Inside The Rock Poster Frame exclusively premiered Cooper’s image which will be released by Tommy Good next week in both a regular and 100% unique bloodsoaked variant. Check out images of both, as well as Mondo‘s Werewolves on Wheels by Phantom City Creative and Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives by Chris Ware (yes, the one we posted about months ago) after the jump.
First things first. Here are all of the posters mentioned above. Particulars below.
Inside The Rock Poster Frame, a great site if you are into gig and movie posters, exclusively premiered a ton of images from both the From Dusk Till Dawn regular and bloodsoaked variant posters. Head over to their site to see all of the small, detailed close-ups, like the one we used above, and read about the unique bloodsoaked variant, which sounds beyond awesome (Cooper uniquely splattered each print individually and wanted to use his own blood). Here are the details on each poster:
From Dusk Till Dawn regular edition by Rhys Cooper – 18” x 24”. 6 color screen print. Artist signed & hand numbered. Edition of 200. Printed by Nakatomi Inc. $33
