Bryan Cranston Super Bowl Commercial

Between the drama of the game itself, the cool movie spots, and a bevy of controversial and/or sad commercials, there was plenty to talk about during the Super Bowl. One of the most surprising moments, however, happened when Bryan Cranston reprised his multiple award-winning role as teacher-turned-meth dealer Walter White from Breaking Bad. He did so for an Esurance commercial that’s got that creepy Breaking Bad vibe, but also lots of humor and inside jokes. Watch the Bryan Cranston Breaking Bad Super Bowl commercial, in both the regular and extended lengths, below. Read More »

Ted 2 Super Bowl Spot

Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane return for Ted 2, in which Wahlberg plays an adult whose childhood toy has come to life — and now the sentient teddy bear wants to have a child. That poses some obvious potential problems, and the Ted 2 Super Bowl spot is kind of a mini-heist scenario showing how the duo attempts to deal with the situation. Specifically, they try to get Tom Brady to donate a little genetic material to the process… except that he doesn’t know that’s about to happen. Read More »

Jurassic World got our attention with a new Super Bowl spot today, and the film looks significantly different now than it did a couple months ago. We often wonder if effects from early trailers will be significantly changed between that trailer and the full movie. It’s rare that we get to see as quick a change as we do from the original Jurassic World theatrical trailer and this new Super Bowl spot.

Quite a few shots appear in both trailers, but more than half a dozen look at least a bit different. Some are massively changed. Check out side-by-side comparison of old and updated Jurassic World effects below. Read More »

Pitch Perfect 2 super bowl
