  • “I spent the day cutting to the song. It really works. I’ve never actually seen the other movie… but my office is giving me crap about it.”
  • “Apparently as prevalent in the other movie as that “Bow Bow, Oh Yeah” song was in Ferris Bueller.”
  • “Torturing myself over whether or not I can use a song that was used prominently in this mediocre remake from ten years ago.”
  • “Screened again for small inner circle. Going to reorder the first act again. Ready? Scenes 4-14, opening titles, 15-33, 1, 34-35, 2.”
  • “Reorder seems to work. Going to screen it this afternoon for a few friends to check. Def getting rid of the song.”

  • justrobby
Eliza Dushku isnt the worst way they could go with this. The Fan art looks pretty cool.
  • Steven
but what is with the tag line...Unleash the cat, what the hell does that even mean.
  • Spread your legs?
  • Ryz
    bahahahaha
  • Steven
    nice!
  • The following is a quote from the article about polarizing films listed above.

"People who love it say: The Fountain is a beautiful, deep, moving love story that knows no bounds, in addition to being a visual masterpiece. If you don’t love it, you simply don’t understand it.
People who hate it say: The Fountain is a pretentious, art school film with no real substance other than a theme similar to that in The Lion King. It’s slow and the pacing is terrible."

Both of those statements are completely true and I can understand any particular opinion on that movie. I love it but I have a fetish for cinematography.

One day Aronofsky is going to piece together all the separate stellar elements from his previous films in a single attempt and it will be a true masterpiece. I'm talking Citizen Kane, Lawrence of Arabia, Lord of the Rings, Let the Right One In level masterpieces (yes I consider LTROI a top level masterpeice but if you don't you can suck it).
  • Palmer
Lego Zombies, never have I thought of such a combination would look so awesome.

I just want to steal that display of Optimus.

It's sad that I sometimes confuse Ron Jeremy with John Scurti from Rescue Me.

Fan art or not, I don't think I'd want Dushku in the Black Cat role.
  • Oh hell yes, Ron Jeremy in Ghostbusters! Who knew? And that Bumblebee rebuild is superb. Page 2 still rocks.
  • Those Spider-man 4 posters look good but I think whoever made them could have found someone alot hotter than Dushku.
  • omar_swarez
alot hotter? I don't think so chief.
  • Sketch
    A LOT hotter, chief.
  • jonleehk
i can only hope that spiderman 4 will look as cool as the poster does.
  • Last of the Mohicans on HULU!!!! yay!!!
  • I'll stick to my Buzz Lightyear circa 1995, even though it stopped talking sometime 1998 lol
  • TheDev
That Spiderman fan-poster easily sums up what the movie franchise has become: cheesy, predictible and shallow. Well done, looks good!

Bumblebee and those autobots look fricken awesome. love the old school feel.

and I'm so sick of vampires. Fuckin twilight... I blame them for this flavour of the month trend.
  • JB
So... let me see if I get this straight.
Eliza wears that outfit that is nowhere NEAR PG-13, right? Then, she joins Ed Harris as... dunno...Mysterio? And they both have an orgy with Spidey and Mary Jane... right?
Man, that DOES sound fetish. Oh, and it was released in 2009... yeah...
That does NOT look good not even for 2015. Fan-who-made-the-poster: Zip up Eliza a little bit, man. I can't stop looking at the damn thing...

    Cheers.
  • edc
    zombies have jumped the shark.
those lego zombies are the product of a slow, dim witted, unimaginative mind.
  • edc
yes, every time I see GB I notice him and think "ron jeremy!" but decide not to yell that.
  • Donivan
    Eliza ..MEOWWW,BABY!!!
  • Hard to believe Jason Reitman has never seen Ferris Bueller.
  • I believe Reitman was saying that the song he was thinking about using was so synonymous with a film from 10 years ago, kinda like the song in Ferris Bueller. I don't believe he was thinking of using the song from Ferris Bueller, and it sounds like he's seen it.
  • 1. The Ghostbusters list: I actually thought Winston was the one weak point, I couldn't believe he was. That guy gets completely shafted! It's ridiculous. Though the Ronald Reagan quote was pretty unfair. He was wildly popular, much like Obama. In twenty years, will people be saying this about him? Probably...
Overall, pretty good list. I never liked the Deus ex machina "Cross the streams" finish though... In an otherwise brilliant script, I never got why that 'reversed the door' or whatever.

And Obama is in Transformers? Really?
  • LuMendz
    That Hellboy 360 is sweeeet.

There's something about Eliza Dushku that makes me not like her. I just don't know what.

Before, I thought those Potato Head toys were cute, but now they're just annoying.
  • Man, it seems these Page 2's keep getting longer and longer. And believe me, that is a good thing.

Anyways, I don't know where to start commenting on, but let me point you to some awesome fan made posters on Latino Review. The Lizard one looks awesome.
