Damn i hate the look of these Transformers in these movies. Is it me or all the transformers faces look like Johnny 5 from short Circut? They have no life to them. The only good one in a way was Optimus and even that and his truck color was ewwwww.

I guess this implies that they came from the same robot mother? Didn't know sex was part of the robotic equation. Maybe they're not brothers but gay and they like to form the robotic beast with two backs.

The main problem that I have with this, if I may nitpick, is that according to the first movie, the robots have a the opportunity to change into whatever vehicle they choose to scan when they get here. The Decepticons choose things like tanks and fighter jets. The autobots choose lame American made cars. Jazz chose to become a Pontiac Solstice and got ripped in half at the end of the movie (spoiler). Wouldn't you think there would have been a mandatory reevaluation of what vehicles the Autobots could choose? Instead we get a Chevy Beat and a Chevy Trax. Nice one Autobots. Don't come crying to me when they get ripped in half too.

Transformers might be the robotic buddy comedy we've all been hoping for just yet!

As an animator (in progress...still working it) I am just excited to see their animations and forming together and whatnot....


I'm pretty sure the first transformation in the movie gave me an orgasm....it was awesome

also...take a look at their design....it looks like they'd skate and glide around a lot since their wheels are in the middle of their feet and still contacting the ground

If you look at the Autobot's proto-forms, their "natural" state, they all have different shapes and sizes, just like people do. I think it's more along the lines that they scan vehicles that fit their figure. Jazz being a smaller Cybertronian couldn't scan a fire truck, for example. Likewise, Megatron can't scan a corvette.

The designs are kinds busy looking but entirely bad looking.

I've never understood Bay's resistence to give these 'bots humanoid faces, like from the cartoon. Even Prime has a mouth for some odd reason; there's weird creative decisions here. I mean, they work for the movie but at the same time, are not needed.

Let me guess.....they are gonna be the equivalent to Spritle and Chim Chim in this movie.

Weird looking robots. For whatever reason, they feel a bit more animated and kind off playful characters too, which makes sense since they are twins. While I'm not completely bother by the designs, I am liking the personalities of these robots. Can't wait for the teaser on sunday.

Remember it says they ACT like brothers, not that they are actually brothers.

I don't hate the look. Could it be cooler? Sure, but I'm gonna try to get over that, because I think there will be more for me to gripe about after I actually see it. I'll be there opening weekend, just like I was for the first one. Not to see a great story about fighting robots though.

I'll be there to see some cool F/X and some action involving giant friggin robots fighting each other. That's all, just a fun little diversion.

In the shot with the robot wich transform into an Audi, there are 3 little autobots behind him. One is Acree, and maybe the 2 others are the twins...

Bay ruined one of my best childhood memories with his "vision of transformes".
Instead of adding some of the better autobots like hotrod, blurr, or even a friggin dinobot or two he added in RC and the ambiguously gay duo.

The "RC" car happens to be Wheelie and if you were an actual Transformers fan then you would understand that he is a small and hilariously funny character from the G1 80's movie with almost as epic of a voice as Soundwave. As far as the twins go, I'm not happy that Bay made them "twins" in the first place, (Skids and Mudflap) but I think that they will make great additions to the cast with their seemingly comical personalities.

man tats sucks i thought tat there going to have hotshot in the movie...it would have been better if they would have put some of the character from the cartoon...optimus is ok but man he was suppose to be a fire truck...

i think they look cool! imagine if they had the cartoon faces, all have the same face. im a cartoon fan too, but its a cartoon. i think the movie was really good adapted, and each robot do has character, and different features in their faces wich makes them unique
