  • the movie was cool. but is it worthy of a collector's edition set?
  • my centiments exactly...
  • Chris
Most definitely not worth purchasing the collector's set. It was a decent flick if you see it for the speshil f-ects and over the top action sequences. I'll buy the regular blu-ray, if only to watch the "fuck you" keyboard scene in hi-def.

yes i'm a broken record, but who cares: this is one example of a comic to film adaptation that GREATLY SUFFERED by straying from the book. it could have been truly original, instead of the dime-a-dozen-run-of-the-mill-shoot-em'-up with wannabe cool graphics that we ended up with. such a lost opportunity, soon to be a joke of a franchise.
  • The comic was terrible, and a faithful adaptation would have suffered all the same flaws.
  • Mikey M
I didnt care for the movie that much. The effects were good but beating the main character up scene after scene got a bit old.
  • Almost as exciting as the Kung Fu Panda 2 DVD set!!!
  • Mag
The Comic had the Worst ENDING ever!!
  • The multi-dementional worlds would be hard to sell in a movie.
  • Steve
I thought that while the movie was really good, the over-the-topness really pulled me away. Definitly not worthy of a collector's set however.
  • A faithful adaptation wouldn't have done well with Americans. The Asian extreme audience could probably handle the neo-sociopathic subtext in the original graphic novel.
  • EPIC BANANA
it almost kicks ass as a korean special edition, which says a lot.
  • Wanted was an 'okay' watch, easy to just switch off, suspend belief and enjoy the action (and Angelina's ass shot), but it doesn't warrant a DVD suite like this... no wonder it's limited edition!
  • Wait.... There's no ACTUAL audio commentary? Fuck that noise.
  • Kennyd
is the standard definition collectors set numbered, making it actually limited, or is it just the usual limited they put up on many sets
  • Do they really think I'd pay $50 for a freaking loom of fate???
