New Twilight Footage From Heroes

Summit Entertainment premiered new footage from Twilight during Monday night’s Heroes. In related news, the autograph signing in San Francisco actually happened as scheduled, despite the mini riot that occurred earlier in the day.

    none of that was new

and none of that was good.

I'm sorry, but this movie doesn't look very good at all.

I used to be a twilight hater, but after a few of my friends begged me to read the first book, I actually enjoyed it a lot.

It was much, much better than I thought it'd be.

But bella sounds like a man and can't act and this was such a cool scene in the book, but now it's just looks and sounds really lame.

Hahaha, I'm sorry, but if I were in a potentially career exploding role, I might want to bring my acting coach along with me when I have to film a pitch for the movie. Just an idea...

I hate being one of those people who want movies to fail because i think that they aren't very good. But i have read the horrid writing that Stephanie Meyers does and i just dont get why this became popular at all. Even my girlfriend likes it and when i ask her why she cant explain it, she did say the last book was a "worthless fan-fiction piece of crap".

I hate how movies like this go on to make a ton of money but some much better books and movies get thrown to the side. All i know is i am not going to watch it and neither is my girlfriend. (unless she gets it on dvd)

    My God.

Will nothing stop the madness caused by this atrocious series? (just read the mall riot article).

    Also, shitty trailer is shitty.

Also, check out some of the comments from the girls who were at the mall-riot from the other thread: http://www.slashfilm.com/2008/11/10/twilight-fa...

They all completely lack grammatical structure and paragraphs. I think they should begin reading more advanced (i.e. greater than 10th grad level) texts.
  • Right on. I am not excited about this movie at all. For such a high-profile movie, the production values look like a Paul Walker movie, the acting is not very impressive, and the editing looks thrown together by a freshman film student.

I don't want to be a Twilight hater, really. I want this movie to defy my expectations--especially because I know I'll be dragged to it. But it all comes down to this: I've seen plenty of great trailers turn out to be horrible movies, but I've never seen a bad trailer turn out to be a good movie. And from the looks of it, I don't have high hopes.

why is it that whenever there's a great book, someone has to screw it up by making a movie out of it? bad role selections,I most likely will see the movie, just so that I can actually talk about how much it sucks..but geeeez.. way to ruin a series...

I actually thought this scene looked good. Guess I'm the only one one here, but oh well.

We'll see how it does next weekend

I agree with you melissa, i've read all four books and i like them alot. There's no use hatin' on the movie, just don't watch it. Even if you do not like twilight don't slam it, the actors put alot of work into the movie and Stephenie Meyer put alot of work into the book, and SOME people will enjoy it.
