Rogen actually believes his job is to come in, rearrange the furniture and 'jewicize' the script based on the industry-wide myth that jews know funny, that dialogues must be retooled with "inside humor" which those outside the tribe wont get.

This IS fake of course. Kevin Smith has talked in the past that Ben Affleck tried to change some of the script himself when he was working on Mallrats and some of his past View Askew Movies.. And Kevin Smith called him out on it and got a bit upset. And told him if he wanted to do that. He should write his own screen play..

The joke is, ben Affleck DID write his own screenplay and got a Oscar for it.
