That thing will cost about $175,000 give or take, looks crazy though.

It looks far more like Kaneda's bike (From Akira) than it does any motorcycle from tron.

hello have u all seen the movie akira? have u seen the movie tron? that looks NOTHING like kaneda's bmw motorcycle. not even close, ok maybe the color close but thats it. this looks much more lik a tron cycle. if they made that kaneda's bike in the upcoming akira live-action movie(God Forbid) we would all be very disapointed. some things were just never meant to change and that bike is one them. i want it to be an exact scale replica and if its not possible everybody go home and scrap the entire project.

That bike has some serious downs. Bad front wheel clearence design and that horrible body shell has to go. What's with the jet plane-sized intake? It would be better if you took the shell off. Put the engine in the back wheel. Have the person setup inside of it.

Look at MV Augusta bikes. Those are awesome looking street bikes. The bike Otomo designed for Akira actually makes sense design-wise.

It looks like TRON but my mind sees AKIRA.

Definitely Akira

I have to agree with MozThaGreat. Yes you can't help but be reminded of Akira, but it's mainly the color. Looking at the form factor itself it really is pretty close to the Tron lightcycles, especially if you look at design drawings of it. The Akira bike is completely different in so many ways.

And I also agree with the Akira movie... The bike should stay true to the original, it's an awesome, timeless design.
