/FilmCast

The /Filmcast: After Dark is a recording of what happens right after The /Filmcast is over, when the kids have gone to bed and the guys feel free to speak whatever is on their minds. In other words, it’s the leftover and disorganized ramblings, mindfarts, and brain diarrhea from The /Filmcast, all in one convenient audio file. In this episode, David, Devindra, and Adam, and Dave3 reflect on Batman Begins in preparation for The Dark Knight’s release. The lovely Neha Tiwari also joins us for tonight’s discussion.

Have any questions, comments, suggestions? Want to advertise your movie, product, or service with the /Filmcast? E-mail us at slashfilmcast@gmail.com or reach the /Filmcast voicemail at 781-583-1993. Join us for our next broadcast, live on Monday night at 10 PM EST / 7 PM PST as we review The Dark Knight with Kevin Smith.

Dave3 is delirious. The Batman Begin faulty voice was not CN’s intention. I heard an interview recently of Christian Bale in which he explained that he was struggling with the voice in BB, but that he finally got used to it in TDK.

I saw TDK when it came out in Australia on Wednesday. WOW! I really wish we had IMAX here like you guys in the States. Dave3 is delirious :) and he’s voice still bugged me a little in TDK

Oh! And i can’t believe you guys hadn’t seen The Party!

Phantom Menace was NINE years ago.

If you’re spoiling Qui-Gon’s death for someone, then that listener needs to be thrown down a flight of stairs.

For anyone that cares, the idea with Catwoman was that there would be 9 “Catwomen” selected by the Cat Gods to fight injustice. Batman’s Catwoman AKA Selina Kyle was one, Halle Berry’s Patience Phillips was a second, and had the movie done well (HAHAHAHA) A Catwoman 2 may have featured a different Catwoman.

The Party is one of the funniest movies ever made.
    You HAVE to watch it.

    NOW.

@Chip Chief: Cat gods? Seriously? Someone has to pay for that movie…
