The movie trailer for The Dark Knight which was shown at last year’s Wizard World Chicago
has finally been released online. It’s packed without a lot of action, very little dialogue, and the tease of two-face at the conclusion. It is kind of fitting that the final Dark Knight movie trailer is one that premiered almost a year ago.

I can’t believe how close this film is in release. I still remember that very picture being some of the first shots that got leaked. And how everyone and their mothers were doing their best to find better quality versions or any others.
Amazing how closely many people have followed this film. Can’t wait for Gotham Knight on tuesday :D

Yay!! that was brillant and just a little more to keep me going for the 24th when the previews start in the UK.
The end part is shown alot clearer than the clip that was released.

So does this trailer set more of tone of the film? Cause from this trailer it seems the movie is a lot darker than the marketing campaigns have lead me to believe.

This trailer definitely captures the dark tone of the film better than the other trailers.
Right now it’s 11 days until release… So near, but yet so far.

This trailer looks like one of the best so far. Can’t wait to see it, and I skipped watching the first 6 minutes of it that was released earlier today (I think).

Joke. Its gonna blow big!

Another great trailer! The marketing guys over at Wb have done an amazing job. I don’t know if they should have put the Harvey Dent scene at the end though. That should be saved for the film itself. It looks awesome!

Dark, dark, dark.
Can’t wait

I love how Joker is laughing his ass off as Batman beats the crap out of him, lol.

Right now i’m only hyped about Hellboy 2. I’ve waited more than a year for TDK to come out and the viral marketing kept me on the edge of my seat but once they started using the “Iron Man” marketing in which they released almost the whole movie in clips It started to get boring and blah. I might watch TDK the 19th or even on the 20th, after all if I go on opening day i can imagine myself in a 2 hour line to get a ticket.

Same here. Batman’s my friend all, but geez, his marketing’s a little too desperate in my mind… It’s almost as annoying as that six flag guy.

Stop talking about how close the release is.
I live in Germany and we have to wait until August 21.
And why do we have to wait?
Chronicles of FUCKING Narnia…
July 7th, 2008 at 2:50 pm
Wow, Germany has to wait til August 21st? That sucks! You could see a boot leg by then, but won’t be the same as seeing it on the big screen of course.
Love this Wizard World trailer, as was said before it captures the dark tone of the film almost perfectly.

@ starblazer101
I agree with u man. There are 12 clips, not trailer of the film online. That’s fucking ridiculous. It has to hurt the box office.
July 7th, 2008 at 3:52 pm
then dont fucking watch them. jesus christ, put your cocks back in your pants.
July 7th, 2008 at 4:06 pm
That was like porn.

I can’t take this anymore. Anyone got a flux capacitor. I need to get to July 18th!

ya know honestly, this film deserves all the hype & promotion, period. At the least, it’ll be a blockbuster film, & probably end up being Ledger’s greatest role. No one is saying you HAVE to go see it on opening day, but for those of us excited about it in general, stop complaining & whining about what you’re tired of seeing, etc.
And Hellboy? Are you serious?

is Two-Face playing a big role in this movie? Or just in the end?
July 9th, 2008 at 3:30 pm
two-face is probably in the last 30-40 minutes but he in most if not all of the it.
