An advance look at a marketing teaser poster for McG’s Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins was revealed at the New York Licensing Show. The tagline on the bottom reads “Becoming Self-Aware Memorial Day 2009″.
MTV says that the first official teaser poster will hit theaters on July 18th, to coincide with Warner Bros’ release of The Dark Knight. Attached to the Batman sequel will be the film’s first teaser trailer. The film is only a month into production, so it’s likely that the teaser will contain little or no footage from the actual film. And hey, you were going to The Dark Knight anyways, now you have another reason to be excited. And who knows, we might even get a peak at Zack Snyder’s Watchmen too (that is, unless they decide to hold off until Comic-Con)
Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins hits theaters on May 22nd 2009.

But actually, I too feel that Batman Begins was a little boring and unoriginal. The whole asian/snow scene was weird, the entire train sequence at the end was too dark, difficult to see. And pretty much everything else in between had been seen before.
Yes, it was a relaunch, so maybe the Dark Knight will be good. Especially since Tom Cruise’s alien wife isn’t in it.

I saw the first three movies of the terminator.those movies were hot to watch.I can’t wait to see the 4th movie that would be hot.the most favorite of the first three was the third movie.

Captain Awesome i agree with you, look all Batman Begins and The Dark Knight is original in the sense that it is a retelling of a legendary hero we all loved and grew up on (that our parents grew up on!), displayed in a very realist fashion. I don’t exactly like super hero flicks, but taking something so unreal, and making it believable, is remarkable and deserves attention. The acting is superb and no cast can beat the one in this new Batman franchise. I enjoy good dramatic acting and what Heath Ledger has done, what he has created!, is remarkable, complete transformation, and in my opinion some of the best acting ever to reach our eyes. His Hunched over appearance, high pitch american accent (very much unlike his deep Australian accent), looks that are just captivating to say the least. Batman Begins was a success, and in all honesty, Ledger’s Joker, his masterpiece!, will blow you away no matter how much you don’t appreciate good acting and realistic takes on these super hero movies.

I liked BB. But it wasn’t the end all/be all. I am sure TDK will be good to. But I am a little bit more excited for T4.

Well, I am a fan of the franchise. Yes, I did enjoy T3 flaws and all.
I have read rumors and such. Some sound cool. Some got me a bit concerned. But they just started productions, so who really knows whats true or not. I know there are some movies you can look at and just know its a hot steaming pile and it won’t amount to nothing. I take the optimistic approach with any franchise I am fan of hoping I am not disappointed, realizing that there is good chance I will be. So to sum up this long rant of nothing basically, I am cautiously optimistic, but optimistic no less for this movie

Yeah, I heard that one and its not something I look forward to happening. But again, I am just gonna wait to see the movies first.
Oh, and I wasn’t suggesting that TDK wouldn’t be good. I am gonna be quite honest with you though I have a real soft spot in my heart for the previous franchise, sans B&R of course cause there is just no words or excuses for that movie. It must sound strange for someone to say that they resent a movie. But that is how I felt about BB. Yes, Tim Burton’s movies and BF had alot more focus on villains than one would have liked. And yes BF veered towards the campy side. But in all, I thought all did a great job with their characters, IMO at least. And I thought the movies were fun. It was tough to hear those movies get crapped on when BB was released. But I give props to Chris Nolan for directing a good movie and I think Bale is the second best Batman. (MK holds the top spot on my list). If anything, I am excited to see HL as the Joker. The Joker has always been one of my favorite comic characters period and can’t wait to see what he does with the role

No Arnold, No James Cameron, A weak poster and a played out story. The original Terminator was 24 years ago, T3 gets a thumbs up in my book because kristanna loken was hot and naked. I think it is logical that Connor gets killed and turned into a Terminator because Arnold will not be there anymore, and there hast to be a terminator in the movie terminator and it only makes sense that a blockbuster actor like Christian Bale who is playing John Connor would take on the new role of the Terminator. Also it is no longer a futuristic look into what technology might do to the earth. Sure the idea is still a possibility but now the next movie will be based in a past that we know isnt real, i see a bust.
Batman Begins is simply the best superhero movie ever. I agree about the final train scene because Christopher Nolan is not used to directing big action flicks but the feel and reality he gave to the film and the character is un-comparable to any other batman. I pray that Bale and Nolan group up for at least 4 total.

Geoff ,,,,I agree with you on T3, Kristina Lokan and Nick Stahl but I see absolutly no logic in killing Connor and think its a huge mistake.
Also I think Bale is kinda “Dry Humping” us all.
He’s about to be in too many Iconic roles for my taste. (Imo).
