This is one thing that shoulda just gone untouched by Hollywood. I won't be seeing it. Go read the book ladies and gents.

I find it funny that you tell people to go read the book when, by looking at the comments of the other Watchmen related articles, it is apparently that most have high expectations for this adaption to be true to its source. Not only that, but the Slashfilm crowd seems to be highly critical when it comes to film makers straying from source material.

From all evidence so far, this is looking to be a great adaptation of the graphic novel. Of course, it can't live up to the source - how could it?

It's a shame Alan Moore isn't involved - Hollywood kind of let him (and alot of fans) down with the last few takes on his work. A shame. If anyone deserves more praise, its Moore.
