WALL-E: Full Length International Movie Trailer

WALL-E: Full Length International Movie Trailer

Empire has an exclusive international movie trailer for Pixar’s upcoming WALL-E. The new trailer clocks in at over two minutes and gives us our most indepth preview of the new Andrew Stanton film yet. I’m not sure I entirely digg the 1950’s/1960’s style animation voiceover, but I understand what they’re going for. I can’t wait for this movie. I love the characterization of WALL-E and how he interacts with the environment around him. And now his interactions with Eve push things up to another level.

Unfortunately the Video has been removed…

Available on YouTube (for now…)

    Fucking. Brilliant.

Umm... Video is no longer available...

That sucks. Maybe it's restricted for europeans? So much for "international"...
  • I live in italy and I can't see it, the problem is with empire!

plus: I want it HD! XD
  • I had a chance to see the trailer just before it got taken down. From what I saw, this will be Pixar's best film yet.
  • Not exactly the theatrical trailer but something rather neat to see.

That voice over was pretty much ripped off from the Hitchiker's Guide to the Universe trailer.

In fact, watching this again I'm not totally sure that it isn't the Hitch hiker's guide to the galaxy.

Wall-E's girlfriend reminds me of Harryhausen's owl in Clash of the Titans...

this does look like it could be pixar's finest yet. i see no similarity to hitchhikers guide: 1- voiceovers have been done forever, 2- wall-e's has no tounge in cheek tone whatsoever. the only similarities i see are that wall-e looks like a mini johnny 5, and his sounds are very Lucasesque. neither of those similarities are bad, as imitation is the highest form of flattery. to pull this movie off will be huge, based on the fact that words & dialouge will be minimal, and it'll be a true throwback to visual storytelling - a great not often used style.
