Transformers 2: Megatron Revealed?

Back in August, CHUD got tipped off that Megatron would return in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen as a tank. Now Latino Review found a bunch of scans which appear to be conceptual art for Megatron's new alt mode. But the question is: Is this real? And if so, how bad ass is the new tank alt mode? My only gripe is it looks unrealistic for an earth vehicle.
