But some of the discussion turns to what’s canon in the film series, especially with regards to the events of The Lost World, which some apparently considered not to be canon? I’m not sure why, but there you go.

Director J.A. Bayona breaks down a suspenseful sequence from Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom where Bryce Dallas Howard has to draw blood from a tyrannosaurus rex in order to help save Blue the velociraptor. You might be surprised to learn that the stunt where Chris Pratt just barely jumps through the jaw of the tyrannosaurus rex was done by the actor himself.

Finally, paleontologist and molecular geneticist Mark Norrell talks more to SyFy about the science behind the dinosaurs of Jurassic World, including the fact that we’ve since learned that dinosaurs likely had feathers while the ones in the movie do not. But that’s something explained by Dr. Henry Wu in Jurassic World.
