Jack Reynor, AKA the guy who got stuffed into a bear at the end of Midsommar, has joined the cast of The Peripheral, a new Amazon series from Westworld creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. The Peripheral also stars Chloë Grace Moretz and Gary Carr and is based on a sci-fi novel from William Gibson, described as “a dazzling, hallucinatory glimpse into the fate of mankind — and what lies beyond.”

Amazon’s series adaptation of William Gibson‘s The Peripheral has found its star: Chloë Grace Moretz. Moretz will play “a woman trying to hold together the pieces of her broken family in a forgotten corner of tomorrow’s America.” Gibson’s The Peripheral is the first entry in The Jackpot Trilogy Series, with the second book in the series – Agency – having been published in January of this year.
